1. Return Eligibility

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.

Note: Items such as perishable goods, personal care items, or customized products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

• The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID.
